The first Windows build

• 1MachineTool on Windows. A first build for Windows 10 and 11 (x64), from the setup .exe or the .msi. It updates itself the same way the Mac app does, and the 1machine CLI comes with it. Most modules still rely on macOS: their pages say what is not available on Windows yet. Full Windows support is planned for v1.1.
  • The installers are not code-signed for Windows yet, so SmartScreen may stop the first launch. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
